Great relevant training! A lot of the things we learnt would have never crossed my mind naturally so having these things pointed out to me was super useful!

This was so worthwhile! It highlighted all the stupid things I do daily lol. It’s so important that we look after ourselves and be vigilant. It’s easy to become complacent in this job so having someone that is as knowledgeable as Sam highlight areas we can be better was fantastic. Looking forward to the next one!!!

I thought that it was a great training, particularly the self-defense holds and grabs. There are a lot of aggressive people out there and this is something I hope nobody needs but should definitely have up their sleeves.
