There are situations where communication alone isn't enough. This hands-on training gives your team practical, easy-to-learn techniques to safely and lawfully manage a physical threat, protecting themselves and the person they're managing.
Many roles require staff to physically intervene in situations involving aggressive, non-compliant or dangerous individuals. Without the right training, these moments carry real risk, to the employee, to the other person involved, and to the organisation. Giving your team the skills to respond confidently and proportionately isn't just good practice, it's a duty of care.
Our Defensive Tactics training covers risk assessment before any physical intervention, the legal framework around the use of force, practical self-defence techniques, and safe restraint methods designed to minimise harm to everyone involved.
Training can also be tailored for government and law enforcement agencies, including handcuff application and additional tactical options.
