Visiting a property sounds routine. In reality, it exposes workers to unpredictable variables, unknown occupants, unfamiliar layouts and limited exit options. Without the right training, staff are often unknowingly placing themselves in vulnerable positions simply by where they stand near a door, how they approach up a driveway or the order in which they move through the house.
ResponseRise Property Visit Safety training covers key areas including strategic approach and driveway navigation, safe positioning at entry points and internal doorways, systematic movement through properties, exit preservation strategies and managing occupants to maintain a position of safety throughout the visit.
If your role takes you onto someone else’s property or inside their home, this training is for you.
